Senior Product Solutions Engineer

Description/Comment: Engage as SME for Access Control (VisiOnline) and Key management (Traka) applications for Destiny Launch.

o Specialize in designing and modifying software enhancements and/or products for third-party or internal applications, leveraging deep knowledge and experience

o Deployment Management:

o Oversee the deployment of VisiOnline and Traka systems across various locations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

o Collaborate with stakeholders in both guest services and security to gather requirements and design effective deployment strategies. o Manage and resolve incidents quickly in collaboration with stakeholders.



Training and Support:

o Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the effective use of Visionline and Traka.

o Create user manuals and documentation to support ongoing training and system use.

Analyze existing programs and develops inter-connected solutions using multiple products offering innovative perspectives

Monitor the performance and reliability of VisiOnline and Traka and their associated integrations by implementing updates and enhancements as needed.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Engage with developers to solve design problems and provide corresponding roadmap and specifications.

Provide insightful recommendations for changes in development, maintenance, and system standards, integrating best practices and external factors

Collaborate effectively with vendor, outsourcing, and technical teams to develop sophisticated technical solutions within the organization's architecture

Manage various aspects of the application platform architecture, cloud, data, security, etc., ensuring alignment with business objectives

Drive continuous development and improvement of technical solutions to optimize business efficiency, acting as a resource for innovative ideas

Work closely with developers to resolve design problems and provide detailed solution specifications, offering guidance and mentorship



Basic Qualifications

o Experience: Proven experience with complex deployments in production environments.

o Proficiency 5 years experience in Access Control and Key management systems or similar including configuration, integration, customization, and deployment.

o Familiarity with other Oracle products and systems a bonus (e.g., Oracle Hospitality Property Management System, Oracle Database Platform).
