Shipping and Receiving Clerk II

Responsible for supporting receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations within the Western regional client supply fulfillment center. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper material handling, and compliance with safety and company policies.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials

• Break down pallets and boxes using approved cutting tools

• Put away materials into storage areas or flow racks

• Build boxes and initiate orders on the production line

• Pre-package, count, and prepare materials for shipment

• Perform material transfers and assist with physical inventory

• Pick items accurately and place them correctly for packing

• Pack orders using air pillows, tape guns, and proper packaging methods

• Print and affix shipping labels

• Prepare pallets and load trucks

• Fill and confirm orders accurately

• Perform offline order filling and labeling as needed

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely

• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and corporate material management policies

• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Item recognition and accurate counting

• Proper packaging techniques

• Safe lifting and cutting practices

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience

• Experience with shipping software and label printing

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
