Title: Patient Services Case Administrator
Location: San Diego CA- Onsite
Duration: 4 Months
Pay Range: $22-$28/hr
INTAKE NOTES:
-Must be onsite. 100% onsite
-Start time flexible between 6am and 8am, 8hr shift with 30min lunch
Skillset Matrix Manager Notes
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) SalesForce, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Computer based administrative work.
Preferred background/prior work experience? Insurance billing or verification
Priority soft skills Organization, attention to detail.
- Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update Sales Force cases with patient information
- Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing.
- Verify insurance information with insurance providers
- Review documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations
