Role Overview:
- The Business System Analyst will be part of the Digital product application support team, focusing on the Customer Core application.
- This role is pivotal in aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
- The Analyst will partner with IT teams to ensure products and services meet business needs, assist in developing system plans, and ensure smooth communication of requirements between stakeholders.
- The role involves business process analysis, needs assessments, and cost-benefit evaluations, as well as collaboration on multi-project assignments within individual business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Align technology solutions with business strategies, conduct business process analysis, and assess business needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT and functional groups to clarify business requirements and communicate customer trends.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Construct test conditions, scripts, and participate in QA activities. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
- System Planning: Contribute to the development of long-range system plans and ensure they align with business needs.
- Support and Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and IT, ensuring all communication is clear and timely.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with QA: Proficient in constructing test conditions and scripts, with a strong background in QA work.
- Production Support: A minimum of 3 years of experience in production support.
- Requirements Gathering & Testing: Over 3 years of experience in leading requirements gathering sessions, along with the business units, and coordinating UAT, Integration, and Regression Testing.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Communication Skills: Competent in verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to research customer issues and identify solutions.
- Organization & Planning: Strong organizational and planning skills, including managing multiple deadlines and handling pressures.
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated competency in analytical and logical thinking.
- Problem Identification: Ability to identify and solve complex problems effectively.
