Location: Houston TX - Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday in office
Contract: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing moderately complex tactical and strategic initiatives/projects in the Supply Chain area for the PMO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Partner with schedulers, cost controllers, and project managers to manage master service agreements for the purchase of Goods & Services. This includes vendor interface, negotiation, legal integration, and executing an approvals process for contracts on a day-to-day basis.
Manages equipment logistics coordination and execution with project managers and internal 3PT Team.
Implements various corporate and group sourcing programs to support the achievement of group cost reduction goals.
Manages and develops moderately complex reporting tools to aid in the analysis of sourcing by supplier spend.
Conducts detailed and complex analysis of supplier spend and other procurement metrics.
Supports field communications and training support for all related supply chain programs.
Facilitates procurement scorecard process on initiatives such as: DEI spend, supplier count reduction, contract compliance, and cost reduction.
Facilitates RFI/RFQ process for RNG project equipment and/or services.
Evaluate suppliers by analyzing prices, shipping speeds, product quality, and vetting potential candidates.
Establish and manage supply chain KPI process.
Generate reports on cost analysis, vendor SLAs, compliance, and other KPIs.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor s Degree (accredited) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar area of study.
Experience: Five years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement).
