Manufacturing Operator

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Job Duration: 6 months with high potential of extension.
Job Location: Bothell, WA 98021

Pay rate range: 20.00 - 21.00/hr on W2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, align, and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical, and electronic subassemblies following product diagrams, schematics, and samples.
• Clean and prepare parts for assembly.
• Use hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, test instructions, assembly drawings, and work orders.
• Determine sequence of operations from sketches, samples, and instructions.
• Inspect and test assemblies to meet specifications and record results.
• Assist in other operational areas as needed, including general assembly and additional tasks.

Nice to have:

• Ability to operate computers and workplace systems (Microsoft Outlook, PDF review).
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler.
• Ability to use hand tools (e.g., torque drivers, screwdrivers, soldering irons).
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to manipulate small objects for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
