Service Contract Administrator

Job Title: Service Contract Administrator

Duration: 6 Months

Shift: M F, 30 hours/week (flexible anytime between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours/week
Job Summary:
Manages all aspects of the company s service contract functions, including preparing proposals, negotiating, tracking, and administering service agreements. Ensures all contractual obligations are fulfilled, communicates with customers regarding service terms, and processes invoices and credits. Coordinates with internal teams to support revenue growth and compliance.

2+ years of relevant experience

Strong communication skills

Organizational capability and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills

Experience with invoicing, contracts, and service renewals

Knowledge of administrative tools: Windows, Microsoft Office

Ability to work a set 30-hour work week within a 6 AM to 6 PM window

Familiarity with CRM systems for contract tracking and customer records

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, or Axapta

Knowledge of ERP systems for invoicing and contract entry

French-speaking preferred (not required)

Experience with service-based businesses or customer support
