We are seeking a scientist with in vivo skills to support the discovery and development of new drugs targeting a variety of oncology indications, mostly solid tumors. Ideal candidates must be skilled in animal handling (mice) including drug administration by multiple routes, tumor implanting and tissue harvesting. Additional experience with in vitro techniques such as cell culture, cell isolation, Mesoscale, Nanostring, IHC, Western Blot, and qPCR are preferred.

We are seeking a scientist with in vivo skills to support the discovery and development of new drugs targeting a variety of oncology indications, mostly solid tumors. Ideal candidates must be skilled in animal handling (mice) including drug administration by multiple routes, tumor implanting and tissue harvesting. Additional experience with in vitro techniques such as cell culture, cell isolation, Mesoscale, Nanostring, IHC, Western Blot, and qPCR are preferred.
- Independently and efficiently perform routine animal experimental procedures, including but not limited to gavage, subcutaneous/intraperitoneal/intravenous injections, blood collection, surgical assistance, anesthesia monitoring, dissection, and tissue sample collection.
- Strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for in vivo pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetic studies, and disease model development.
- Accurately and promptly record experimental data and perform preliminary analysis.
- Assist senior researchers in conducting complex experiments and participate in the optimization and development of some experimental methods.
- Observe animal ethics and welfare standards, ensuring that all experimental activities comply with international and domestic standards such as AAALAC and GLP.
Knowledge/skills/abilities (ksa's):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years or Master’s degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, or Molecular Biology with 1 years of experience. Candidates with a background in Cancer Biology will be preferred.
- Experience with in vivo tumor models, including tumor volume measurement, drug dosing via various routes, injection, blood and tissue collection and processing required. Experience with tumor imaging techniques is valued, but not required.
- Experience with cell culture, isolation of primary cell populations and performing cellular assays.
- Experience with in vitro techniques such as ELISA, MSD, western blot, immunohistochemistry, etc. is preferred.
- Data analysis skills and experience with a variety of software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and GraphPad prism are required.
