Job Title: Client Engineer - IT
Job Location: Chattanooga, TN (Remote)
Job Duration: 5-6 Months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, analyze, design, develop, test, document, and implement complex end-user computing solutions across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for remote end-user computing systems.
• Deliver highly available software distribution and patch management solutions.
• Monitor system performance and maintain operational stability.
• Support and ensure reliability of deployed technologies, systems, and processes in alignment with established procedures and industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to change management and security procedures for all assigned systems.
• Willingness to adjust work schedules to perform maintenance and system upgrades outside standard business hours when required.

Job Duties / Technical Requirements

• Experience with software packaging tools such as Admin Studio and extensive PowerShell scripting experience required.
• Experience building application packages for Microsoft Intune is required.
• Experience building packages for Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) is a plus.
• Experience supporting applications in a Microsoft AppLocker environment is a plus.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting application packages using Intune and Windows 11 Company Portal is desired.
• Experience using Intune for policy implementation is a plus.
• Knowledge of certificates, scripting, and application signing is a plus.
• Experience supporting applications in Citrix XenApp or other application virtualization solutions is a plus.
• Prior experience with Patch My PC is desired.
• Experience using Qualys or similar tools for vulnerability management is a plus.
• Experience creating application packages for Windows 11 and supporting Windows 11 remote environments is required.
• Experience using Nexthink and NinjaOne to manage remote desktop environments is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting developer communities is desired.
• Experience using ServiceNow for change management and ticketing is desired.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• SCRUM experience is desired.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field required, or equivalent professional experience.
• Equivalent experience is defined as one year of technical experience for each year of college education required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Information Technology experience required.

Skills & Certifications:

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including:
  • Physical and virtual workstations
  • Workstation systems management
  • Policy implementation
  • Virtual presentation applications (e.g., Citrix XenApp)
  • Enterprise networking and system integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and project management capabilities.
• Positive, self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated training and hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
