Duration : 3 Month (Posibility for extention)
Retail - Offsite - Work approximately 40 hours per week in Metairie LA area. Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in Client stores. Locations to be visited will be in the local area. Some drive times may be a several hours in each direction. A permanent Client FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis. Worker must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several Client locations on a daily basis. Worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on weekly expense report at Client reimbursement rate*** Must have previous hardware repair experience, have ability to work on their own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills. Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days. This is not a work from home position, it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.
Position Summary:
Assist local FTS Technicians in completing projects, installing computer equipment, and running service calls. Work alone, under guidance, and drive between several Client locations on a daily basis, performing these duties.
•****BACKGROUND MUST INCLUDE MVR CHECK FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO DRIVING*****
Duties:
Communicate daily with local Team Lead for direction
Drive to Client locations (must have own transportation)
Complete assigned projects
Install computer equipment
Run service tickets
Experience:
Previous computer hardware, printer, etc. experience
Education:
High school diploma
Certifications and other degrees a plus What days & hours will the person work in this position? List training hours, if different. M-F 8:30A - 5P Type of Start Individual starts Onsite Requirements Onsite as needed
