Payrate: $35.21/hr. on w2

Job Summary:

  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team.
  • While the daily tasks may vary they are pivotal partners in providing coordination and support.
  • The Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Search team.
  • While daily tasks may vary, this role is pivotal in providing coordination and support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • You will manage and drive essential activities that keep executives and executive candidates engaged and informed, while ensuring the Executive Recruiter stays connected on all moving parts of the process.
  • Your efforts will enhance team efficiency and drive a more effective and meaningful experience for our leaders and candidates.
  • This position focuses on maximizing operational efficiency with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from interview to offer through the start date.
  • Develop strong working relationships with leaders and admins to ensure each piece of the recruitment process meets deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule all aspects of interviews, including phone, video, and in-person, as well as travel when applicable.
  • Distribute interview schedules and evaluations.
  • Process candidate reimbursements in a timely fashion.
  • Work with agencies for candidate and hiring leader interview coordination.
  • Schedule hiring strategy discussions (intake calls) with hiring leaders and the Executive Talent Partner, and candidate review calls after each round of interviews.
  • Support the creation and processing of offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Initiate and monitor the completion of drug and background checks, as well as I-9 compliance.
  • Assist managers and their admins with onboarding new employees, including submitting badge requests, sending first-day information, and providing onboarding checklists to managers and new hires.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Support team for provisioning and Day 1 equipment needs.
  • Utilize Workday to open/close requisitions, update candidate activity and statuses to ensure OFCCP compliance.
  • Track and prioritize requests while monitoring sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential material.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience (7+ years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator experience.)

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator experience.
  • Experience with a ton of scheduling and logistical work.
  • Experience working in a large, complex matrix organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
  • Strong sense of urgency with a deep understanding of the candidate and client experience.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and compliance tracking; excellent follow-through skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interrelate effectively and professionally with all levels of leadership, HR partners, associates, and in group settings.
  • Executive talent acquisition dep experience.
  • Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or process inefficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Interview Process:

  • All Interviews will required to be on camera.
  • Up to 4 Rounds of Interviews, 30 mins each, on-camera.
  • During the interview process, a Situation-Based Actional Assessment will take place.
  • Candidates must have an executive presence for these interviews.

Scenario-Based Assessment:

  • The candidate will be presented with a scenario-based exercise that mirrors the daily challenges and priorities of the role.
  • The goal is to evaluate their operational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and leader experience.
