Job Title: Executive Sourcing Talent Access Partner
Job Location: Skillman, NJ 08558
Job Duration: 8 – 9 Months (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $59.66/hr. on W2 
 
Job Summary:
The Executive Sourcing Talent Access Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality executive-level candidates to support strategic business objectives. This role leverages advanced sourcing methodologies, market intelligence, external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. The focus is on building sustainable pipelines, providing talent insights, and driving a best-in-class candidate experience globally.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic Sourcer, collaborating closely with Recruiters and business leaders to provide recommendations and insights using deep technical knowledge, market intelligence, and a strong network.
  • Utilize enterprise strategies (employer branding, digital outreach) to proactively develop innovative sourcing campaigns via social media, email, and other platforms.
  • Support Executive TA leadership by reviewing KPIs to improve sourcing efficiency and overall team performance.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and build sustainable pipelines for critical hiring needs globally.
  • Use business data, technology, and operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates and effectively “sell” the company to passive talent.
  • Support identification and outreach to external prospects for key talent segments worldwide.
  • Leverage digital talent development, technology, research, and analytics to drive the company’s talent attraction strategy.
  • Demonstrate the Global Leadership Profile behaviors while applying knowledge, skills, and competencies in talent sourcing and identification.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of business/professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Executive Recruiting, Sourcing, Talent Development, or HR.
  • Global talent perspective with experience creating pipelines for varying functions and levels through multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience supporting FMCG or similar industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
 
Preferred Competencies:
  • Background in corporate recruiting or retained search for Executive-level professionals.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, job boards), MS Word, Outlook, Excel. Experience with Taleo or other ATS and talent relationship management systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment practices, including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong assessment, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Experience leveraging metrics to assess and maintain sourcing performance.
 
Core Focus:
Strategic executive talent identification, innovative sourcing campaigns, data-driven decision making, and creating global pipelines to meet business objectives while enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems, global pharmaceutical/biotechnology regulations, Health Authority regulations, and Client standards.
  • Expertise in quality and pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and statistical proficiency.
  • Experience managing product complaints, sample retrieval, investigations, CAPAs, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective facilitation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build relationships across global teams.
  • Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset, Lean/Agile thinking, resourcefulness, and accountability.
  • Additional language proficiency preferred to support regional collaboration.
