Description of Position:
The Product Management Advisor is responsible for supporting the Medicare Prescription Payment Program (M3P). This position will ensure responsibility of monitoring processes and triaging potential issues within these products. Assists in developing, documenting and analyzing the process and recommending process improvements.
Position Details:
Troubleshoot Client and Internal questions
Exhibit problem solving capabilities in a complex environment.
Makes specific recommendations with rationale to leadership.
Participate in cross-functional projects or work teams.
Work in third party software to resolve Election form and member check exceptions process
Manage internal oversight reporting requirements and delivery
Document policies and procedures
Manage cross-functional M3P projects and deliverables
Triage client eligibility issues
Education:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years work experience, preferably in product or project management. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excels working cross functionally, at all levels of the organization to own, drive, manage and continuously improve the processes, perform root cause analysis, and develop reporting, and communication processes
