Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician
Location: Liverpool, NY
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr (W2)
Job Overview:
The Associate Manufacturing Technician will support electronic product assembly in a controlled manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include working with printed circuit boards (PCBs), soldering components, following assembly diagrams, and tracking inventory. The role requires precision, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Perform assembly tasks involving PCBs, electronic wafers, and soldering.
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and good documentation practices.
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and packaging products.
- Maintain inventory of parts and ensure proper material handling.
- Communicate status updates to Leads and Managers.
- Adhere to cleanroom and ISO standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Nice to Have:
- Cleanroom experience.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
- Strong verbal communication and work ethic.
Must Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics preferred).
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus).
- Basic understanding of electronic assembly and soldering.
- Ability to read and follow diagrams, bills of materials, and instructions.
- Electronic Assembly – Experience working with PCBs and electronic components.
- Soldering – Ability to solder small wires and components with precision.
