As the Integration Manager, you are the single point of contact between multiple teams supporting the deployment program. You will coordinate, drive and guarantee seamless implementation of E2E scenarios across all impacted partner systems. You must collaborate intensively with Architects, Client, Product development teams and functional teams within and outside of the deployment program. The role combines the alignment of defining, building and testing relevant integrations with Partner Systems.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build up and maintain E2E knowledge and support all integrations assigned.
- Ensure information on the assigned integrations is defined, aligned, documented, and communicated to all relevant teams by contributing to the integrated Deployment Plan.
- Ensure relevant documentation for integrations is complete and in the correct location.
- Maintain E2E central repository for assigned integrations, ensuring all teams have access to complete integration information to reduce knowledge gaps across the teams.
- Collaborate with the E2E Support Framework and ensure the Operations teams have seamless handover for incident and problem management.
- Ensure the operations teams have the right contacts and information to manage incidents and changes post-deployment.
- Actively participate in Hyper Care preparation activities to ensure integrations are adequately planned and knowledge is handed over.
- Ensure that monitoring and support for assigned integrations are defined, agreed upon, and implemented by all impacted support/monitoring teams.
- Coordinate with Client and SAs to:
-Participate in requirements gathering sessions to ensure all functionality and Product are well documented.
-Review the requirements and ensure completion for business continuity.
-Ensure source-to-target mapping documentation exists (checking information about data sources exists).
-Build the knowledge to carry out impact analysis for downstream systems.
-Ensure monitoring and error handling requirements are documented to enable automated monitoring/maintenance processes.
- Understand the connectivity for assigned integrations and can communicate with relevant partners.
- Ensure integrations are adequately covered during DET and DIL.
- Track and report the process for interface delivery within the ASPIRE deployment.
- Support Testing activities during Testing (SAT, Integrated SAT, DET) for assigned integrations.
Support Key Partner System Cutover activities.
- Actively participate in the risk management for the assigned integrations.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Project Management experience preferably in SAFe framework
- Experience integrating systems using Middleware technology
- Experience working in an ERP environment
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience in the Pharma and/or Diagnostics industry is beneficial
