Title: Sr. Coordinator - Medical Records
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Temp to Perm)
Shift: Mon to Frid. 8-5 based off of time zone*
Responsible for document review, ensuring medical records capture:
- Provider names
- Dates of service
- Treatment details
- Limited typing: tasks primarily involve scrolling and minimal keyboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Creation: Manually inputting new cases into the system.
- Redaction: Reviewing summaries to identify and remove PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PHI (Protected Health Information).
- Data Entry: Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
Candidate Consideration:
- Prefer candidates with some professional experience; recent high school graduates may not be the best fit.

- 1 to 2 years of related experience required.
- Medical-related experience preferred.

- Correctly identify the party from which the medical records were submitted.
- Correctly identify non-medical records and make appropriate decision on the need for further view of these documents
- Index hundreds of pages of medical records completely, accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
