Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist
Location: Hialeah, FL
Schedule: M-F - 7am-3pm & Every Saturday l 6:30am-11am
Duration: 4 months
Overview:
The PSR I is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and specimen processing following strict procedures

Verify patient information and accurately label specimens

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment

Uphold confidentiality and promote a positive image of the company

Accurately document and maintain records

Arrive on time and stay for the full scheduled shift
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (required); 1+ year preferred

Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric

Excellent customer service and data entry skills

Medical assistant or paramedic training a plus

Reliable transportation; must verify commute time
