Note: Additional Job Details: Must have 3+ Years of experience. Position requires covering Wisconsin Area, including Greenbay.

Job Description: The PSR III is the frontline representative of the company, interacting directly with patients in various locations (doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other business needs). The main responsibilities involve:

• Drawing blood samples (phlebotomy) and preparing specimens for lab testing.

• Ensuring patient comfort, trust, and confidence during procedures.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Following safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.

• Demonstrating leadership, process excellence, and professionalism.

This role requires flexibility to work at multiple sites and cover for staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens safely, accurately, and efficiently, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

• Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling of specimens.

• Maintain proper records and documentation.

• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and coworkers.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and dress code.

• Communicate effectively and transparently with patients and colleagues.

• Adapt to multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

Education & Training

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Experience

• 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).

• Minimum 2 years in a patient service center preferred.

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent phlebotomy skills.

• Strong customer focus and communication.

• Ability to work independently and make good judgments.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

Other Requirements

• Able to travel and work at multiple locations with minimal notice.

• Work hours vary: 4:30 AM – 7:00 PM, covering the Wisconsin area including Green Bay.
