Duration: 3 - 4 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)

Pay Rate: $21/hr. on W2

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM; alternating Saturdays
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team as a Patient Services Representative I. In this frontline role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and processing high-quality blood specimens, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and supporting accurate and timely lab testing. You will play a key role in delivering a positive patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and specimen integrity.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare blood specimens following established procedures and safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, helping them feel at ease during the collection process
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and data entry for each specimen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow all compliance, quality control, and safety standards
• Work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
• Minimum 6+ months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience a plus
• Must be flexible and reliable; ability to work alternating Saturdays and potential overtime or holidays if needed
