Job Title: Vascular Interventional Technologist (VIR)
Location: San Diego, CA
Contract: 3 Months+
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Pay range: $70/hr. - $85/hr. on W2
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Interventional Technologist to join a dynamic clinical team in San Diego, CA. This contract-based position offers a great opportunity to work in a high-acuity setting, performing interventional procedures under the direction of a radiologist or physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and performance of vascular and interventional radiology procedures
- Operate fluoroscopic and digital imaging equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to ensure smooth workflow
- California CRT License.
- ARRT (R) Certification.
- Fluoroscopy Permit (CA).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in interventional radiology or vascular imaging preferred.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
