Phlebotomist I
Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Hialeah, FL
Duration: 5 months
Shift: M-F - 7am-3pm & Every Saturday l 6:30am-11am
Overview:
The PSR I serves as the front-line representative for patients, providing quality phlebotomy services and ensuring a safe, professional, and compassionate experience. This role involves collecting blood specimens, preparing them for lab testing, and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to all protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens accurately and safely.

Create a welcoming and trustworthy patient environment.

Follow all procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure confidentiality.

Support daily site operations and uphold organizational standards.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
-
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ years preferred).

Strong phlebotomy skills across all age groups.

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
