Title: Medical Receptionist/ Entry Level Phlebotomist
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat: 6am - 3pm
Note: No prior Phlebotomy experience needed, client will train candidate on phlebotomy skills.

Job Description:
- Entry PSR greet and assist patients with compassion during check-ins, ensuring a positive and professional front desk experience.
- Performs basic clerical duties, i.e. filing, faxing, preparing mail, some data entry.
- Answers the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner, by incorporating the company name, self-identification and a helpful statement.
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience and strong data entry skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Be willing to learn Phlebotomy skills when there is downtime or breaks that need to be covered.
- Prior Phlebotomy experience is not needed, our client is ready to train on phlebotomy.
- Once Phlebotomy skills are obtained, to perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
- HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS ARE REQUIRED - this is critical to the heart of the role.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- This is a "Front of House" role that will also trained on Phlebotomy skills.
