Project Support Specialist
Job Title: Project Support Specialist
Job Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid)
Job Duration: 18+ Months(Possibility for Extension)
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $32.36/hr on w2
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Manage schedules across multiple teams and disciplines
- Oversee document lifecycle (development, storage, updates)
- Track attendance, training compliance, and generate statistical reports
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes
Project Coordination: Execute special projects as assigned by Advisors and Senior Project Managers
- Develop internal communications and validate program documentation per quality standards
- Create and optimize processes/procedures
Logistics & Facilities: Coordinate meetings (including catering and equipment setup)
- Maintain facility issue inventory and track resolutions
- Manage office supply inventory
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technical experts
- Interface with senior management
- Travel to Client locations (Pomona, Irwindale, Rosemead) as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in schedule and document management.
- Strong reporting/analytics skills (attendance, training metrics).
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ability to develop process documentation and communications.
- Proficiency in facilities coordination (meetings, supplies, issue tracking).
- Valid driver’s license (for inter-site travel).
