Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment in Fremont, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PT professional looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility, great pay, and the possibility of contract extension.
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to help patients regain physical function and improve mobility. You’ll work in a supportive clinical environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
Essential Responsibilities:

Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM / Day
- Local RN Pay: Max up to $55/hr - W2
- Travel RN Pay: $70/hr | Weekly Pay: Up to $2800/week - W2

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, and functional mobility.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
Requirements:
- Active California PT license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
