Corporate Specs & Standards Technician

Location: Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support document publishing, specification management, and packaging-related processes. This role involves working closely with Packaging Engineers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of documentation and system updates.

• Publish documents and specification files in accordance with established processes and electronic publishing standards
• Perform document quality control checks and promptly communicate any discrepancies
• Coordinate issue resolution related to document inconsistencies
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure timely document completion
• Support Packaging Engineers with specifications, standards, and system-related tasks
• Create, update, and maintain product specifications and standards as required
• Track document changes and develop reporting mechanisms for departmental use
• Support document conversion for new product launches
• Assist with Packaging Artwork Change Management using ePADEx system
• Provide SAP-related support for documentation and processes
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Quality Assurance (QA)
• Knowledge of oral care products (e.g., toothpaste formulation)
• Familiarity with digital innovation tools such as Enovia
• Strong project management experience in global and technically complex environments
• Experience with R&D systems supporting product launches
