Schedule: 3x12 Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

Requirements

• Required Certifications: RRT, RCP, BLS, PALS

• Preferred Certification: NBRC NPS

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Pediatric and PICU settings

Job Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway clearance, and ventilator support

• Perform both invasive and non-invasive ventilation and bedside spirometry

• Respond to emergency situations including cardiopulmonary resuscitation

• Review physician orders and patient diagnostic results to determine appropriate therapy

• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Educate patients and families on respiratory equipment and therapy techniques

• Accurately document treatments, therapies, and patient outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

• Follow all hospital policies including infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards
