Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician

The Associate Manufacturing Technician will support manufacturing operations involving robotic equipment operation, image reviews, and manual/automated packaging. The role is ideal for candidates comfortable with repetitive tasks, bench work, and small component assembly in a controlled lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate robotic and manual equipment to execute daily production schedules.
• Perform tasks including image reviews, equipment loading/unloading, and packaging.
• Follow SOPs and good documentation practices (GDP).
• Collaborate as a team or independently to complete daily assignments.
• Communicate production updates to Leads and Supervisors.
• Carry out instructions given in written, verbal, or diagram form.

Preferred Candidate Traits:

• Comfortable with repetitive, piecemeal assembly work.
• Able to sit for extended periods (between breaks).
• Attentive to detail; experience working with small components is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, or crouching.
• Occasionally sitting.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity for close and color vision, and depth perception.

Working Environment:

• Exposure to varying temperatures; PPE provided as per task.
• Work around moving mechanical parts and potential exposure to hazardous chemicals (safety procedures in place).
• Noise level is within OSHA limits; ear protection available.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• College degree is a plus, but not required.
