The Associate Manufacturing Technician will support manufacturing operations involving robotic equipment operation, image reviews, and manual/automated packaging. The role is ideal for candidates comfortable with repetitive tasks, bench work, and small component assembly in a controlled lab environment.

The Associate Manufacturing Technician will support manufacturing operations involving robotic equipment operation, image reviews, and manual/automated packaging. The role is ideal for candidates comfortable with repetitive tasks, bench work, and small component assembly in a controlled lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic and manual equipment to execute daily production schedules.
- Perform tasks including image reviews, equipment loading/unloading, and packaging.
- Follow SOPs and good documentation practices (GDP).
- Collaborate as a team or independently to complete daily assignments.
- Communicate production updates to Leads and Supervisors.
- Carry out instructions given in written, verbal, or diagram form.
Preferred Candidate Traits:
- Comfortable with repetitive, piecemeal assembly work.
- Able to sit for extended periods (between breaks).
- Attentive to detail; experience working with small components is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, or crouching.
- Occasionally sitting.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity for close and color vision, and depth perception.
Working Environment:
- Exposure to varying temperatures; PPE provided as per task.
- Work around moving mechanical parts and potential exposure to hazardous chemicals (safety procedures in place).
- Noise level is within OSHA limits; ear protection available.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- College degree is a plus, but not required.
