Pay Rate: $23.33 per hour (W2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

This individual will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, manage communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support department leadership and team operations in a fast-paced office environment. This individual will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, manage communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to department leadership and the Total Rewards/HR team
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Organize and schedule rooms for meetings, events, and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Order and track office supplies and other materials as needed
- Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, newsletters, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Assist with internal processes to enhance department efficiency
- Maintain a professional and customer service-oriented approach in all communications
- Respond to and resolve administrative requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience highly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a collaborative attitude
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint (highly desired)
