The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, hands-on care to patients while supporting the nursing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This W2 contract position offers a consistent schedule of, with the potential for extension based on performance and facility needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Location: Clackamas, OR

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Help with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the patient environment.
- Accurately document care provided in medical records or electronic health systems.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
