Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location:Pensacola, FL
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 AM
Duration: 3-4 months

Overview:
As a PSR I, you are the face of the company, providing compassionate, high-quality service to patients during lab visits. You will collect blood specimens, prepare them for testing, and ensure accurate, safe, and confidential handling while creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen processing following established procedures

• Ensure patient comfort and clearly explain procedures

• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality

• Work independently in a fast-paced setting

• Support a clean, professional, and safe environment

• Adapt to scheduling needs (weekends, holidays, on-call)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills

• Customer service and data entry experience

• Medical/paramedic training preferred

Skills:

• Detail-oriented and error-free in specimen handling

• Comfortable working independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
