Job Description:
Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity by maintaining and supporting positive relationships with healthcare professionals within the network. Provides high-quality service by assisting providers with education, contract questions, and non-routine claim issues. Coordinates communications on topics such as administrative and medical policies, reimbursement, and provider utilization patterns. Assists with contract compliance, credentialing issues, and preparation or modification of provider contracts. Completes assigned tasks and deliverables within set quality and time targets. Works independently, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines with frequent review by senior Provider Relations professionals.

- Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Training schedule follows the same hours for 6-8 weeks
Note: Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of the office. Candidates outside this radius should not be submitted at this time.
Training Notes:
- No absences or time off will be approved during the training period.
- Candidates with pre-planned time off during January/February (or during the 6-8 week training period) should not be submitted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare professionals with contract and claim inquiries.
- Assist providers with contract compliance and credentialing concerns.
- Coordinate communications regarding policies, reimbursements, and utilization.
- Prepare or modify provider contracts as needed.
- Deliver documentation, analyses, and products to quality and timing standards.
- Manage own workload with initiative and prioritize effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems.
- Prior call center experience (2+ years preferred).
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team and contribute directly.
- Skilled at conveying complex or technical information clearly and interpreting complex information from others.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask (talk and type simultaneously).
- Self-starter who asks questions when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Reliable attendance with high standards for punctuality and presence.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
