Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: 7am-3pm - Tues to Sat

Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, patient interaction, and adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens accurately and safely

• Create a positive, trustworthy experience for patients

• Maintain records, follow established procedures, and ensure patient confidentiality

• Perform duties under supervision, with minimal on-site guidance

• Maintain a clean, professional work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 6+ months experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric/geriatric)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Reliable transportation (no rideshare/public transit)

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

• Strong customer service and data entry skills
