Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Hybrid positions - 2 days at home (Mon & Fri), 3 days in Office (Tues-Thurs)
Pay range: $16 - $16.37/hr. on W2

Position Summary:
- The I-9 Coordinator is responsible for supporting Client Health’s Human Resources Shared Services Employment Authorization Onboarding function.
- On a daily basis, the coordinator will review applicable reports and systems to ensure potential new hires and internal colleagues are being managed through required processes to become a successful Client Health new hire.
- Assist applicants in completing Form I-9 documentation within Workday
- Triage Service Now case management system as it relates to I-9 questions
- Support I-9 Reporting.
- Support New Hire Form Completion (including audit checks)
- Responsible for Case Management Resolution
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent PC skills, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadline
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects utilizing standard project management methodologies.
- Must have service and operations delivery experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration
