Job Title:

Shift:
Standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate conference calls across multiple time zones.
Role Overview:
The Legal Administrative Temp will provide critical administrative support to TriNet’s Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Claims team. This role involves managing documents, processing check requests, maintaining claim files, and assisting with claims-related tasks under the guidance of the EPL Claims Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve and organize legal and claims-related documents
-
Prepare and process check requests according to company procedures
-
Create and maintain accurate claim files
-
Assist with invoice management from outside law firms
-
Provide general administrative support to the EPL Claims team
-
Complete additional projects and duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/related experience
-
Minimum 3 years supporting director-level executives or higher in roles such as Executive Assistant, Paralegal, or Administrative Assistant
-
Experience in fast-paced professional environments
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred
-
Familiarity with legal matter and document management systems such as Legal Tracker and Perceptive Content preferred

JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Administrative Temp to provide essential support to TriNet’s Employment Practices Liability (“EPL”) Claims team. This role will assist with administrative tasks including pulling documents, processing check requests, setting up claim files, and handling other claims-related duties as assigned by the Manager, EPL Claims.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Retrieve and organize legal and claims-related documents
• Prepare and process check requests in accordance with company procedures
• Create and maintain claim files
• Assist with management of invoices issued by outside law firms
• Provide general administrative support to the EPL Claims team
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree required/preferred; or equivalent education and/or related work experience, such as paralegal certificate or administrative support position in a law office or in-house legal department
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience reporting to Director Level or above as an Executive Assistant, paralegal, or administrative assistant in a fast-paced professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems, i.e, SalesForce, preferred
• Experience with matter and document management systems, i.e. Legal Tracker and Perceptive Content, preferred
