Phlebotomist I
Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6 months
Shift: Monday-Friday 7 am - 2:30 pm
The PSR I is the frontline contact for patients, providing skilled blood draws and specimen preparation following established protocols. This role requires creating a trusting, professional environment while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy on patients of all ages (including pediatric and geriatric) safely and accurately.

Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens per guidelines.

Maintain detailed records and documentation.

Support a positive patient experience and uphold company standards.

Follow schedules reliably, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (mandatory in CA, NV, WA).

Minimum 6 months experience; 1+ year phlebotomy preferred.

Strong customer service and data entry skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
