What you will work on
- As a key member of the Supply & Demand Planning team, youll play a vital role in driving strategic planning initiatives forward.
- Youll focus on building visualization capabilities to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, and enhancing overall planning capabilities.
- Your responsibilities will include delivering scalable visualization tools for detailed data analyses, supporting quick decision-making, and presenting recommendations to diverse sets of stakeholders.
- Youll leverage advanced analytics tools, SAP ECC/IBP, and AI technologies to drive new data optimization methods, and build and maintain planning tools and resources.
- Throughout your work, youll help meet planning goals and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to best meet business needs.
Who you will work with
- In the Supply & Demand Planning organization, you will interact closely with planning, ops and logistics, costing, and manufacturing teammates as well as collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field.
- Experience within manufacturing supply chain operations.
- SAP ECC and IBP experience preferred.
- Certified in Power BI and/or Azure.
- Experience with Co-Pilot and/or AI technologies is a plus.
- Sequel/SQL experience preferred.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated inclusive and team-oriented approach to work.
