- We are looking for someone who leans more on the creative side than the technical. the ideal candidate is someone who has heavy creative skills AND is an expert in both SFMC and HTML.
- Looking for a creative portfolio of great emails and content design accumen at large brands
- Expert in SFMC and expert in HTML
Job Summary
Client seeks a Content Designer to join the Studio team in the Brand & Marketing department. Content Designers work closely with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to create digital experiences that engage WM s customers and prospects while elevating the company s brand identity as a sustainability leader.
This particular role is focused on copywriting supporting customer email communications. Preferred candidates will have excellent copywriting skills and strong design acumen along with familiarity building emails in Stripo or other WYSIWYG email tools. Knowledge of HTML and SalesForce Marketing Cloud is an added bonus. Experience working within project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum; Atlassian tools) is also preferred.
Key Qualifications
3-5 years of related experience
Portfolio of compelling and creative copywriting
Experiencing using Stripo or similar email building tools
Strong design acumen: this individual does not need to be a designer, but should be able to identify what works and what doesn t in the confines of a brand style guide and pre-defined email templates
Experience working within enterprise-scale email development workflows
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different modes of project management
Equally comfortable working in creative, collaborative settings and going heads down to complete content production work when required
Ability to balance attention to detail with pursuit of big-picture objectives
Experience working with various content reviewers and incorporating feedback
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey orchestration
HTML knowledge

As part of a small, close-knit Content team within a larger Studio team, you ll leverage your writing and email know-how to create compelling content that contributes to WM s growth and retention of existing customers.
Our big-picture objective is to support the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers, across the entirety of WM s services, while contributing to the elevation of WM s brand identity.
In addition to producing content for an industry-leading Fortune 200 company, you ll have the opportunity to improve processes, develop your skills, and contribute to a rapidly growing area of the company that is increasingly important to our fundamental relationship with our customers.
