Location: Plainsboro NJ - Hybrid 2 days week in office (flexibility)
Duration: 3-4 months (possible start in summer thru Fall, Preferably Fall start)

Consumer Insight analyst supports the Taste Business by utilizing and converting complex internal and external data into intelligence that can be utilized to support business and innovation. Work with a global corporate strategy team to leverage a wide array of consumer, market and sensory data sources available. Candidate will be assigned topical projects that will involve extracting and cleaning data, conducting analytics, and derivation of insights to achieve business goals.

We are seeking a candidate who is skilled in using advanced features of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Ideally candidate should also have familiarity with more advanced data analysis tools such as PowerBI, SAS/JMP, SPSS, R, etc. Candidate should be willing to dive deep into data and extract information from market intelligence databases like Mintel, EuroMonitor, Neilsen etc. Candidate should be able to translate this data into meaningful intelligence and propose business actions as needed. Should have a strong interest and background in food and beverage markets, as well as a interest in learning market research, consumer research, sensory research and understanding and modelling human perception.
