Job Title: Data Entry Clerk II
Location: Remote (New Mexico) – Must work Mountain Time (MT) zone
Duration: 3 months+ (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
This role performs intake, review, and data entry of reports into internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality laws. The Data Entry Clerk communicates with internal and external stakeholders to clarify information and provides support in Critical Incident reporting as needed.

Job Summary:
This role performs intake, review, and data entry of reports into internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming reports for correctness and correct errors.
- Enter data accurately into multiple systems, including Excel.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Educate and assist in Critical Incident reporting processes.
- Access and navigate multiple internal and external platforms simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain organized records.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Knowledge of patient confidentiality / HIPAA laws
- Keyboarding and general computer literacy
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong customer service, phone, and email etiquette
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Data analysis skills are a plus

- 1–2 years of relevant experience
