Seeking Software Business Analyst (BA) to help maintain a web application supporting the client, *** Systems.

Description:

• We would like a full-time experienced BA on a project supporting ***. The BA resource would assist with Requirement Analysis, Functional Design and Testing documentation for all systems, Processes, Data flows, and Services impacted by the project. The resource should have an high level experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, creating the Functional requirements, End to end testing, Bug tracking, and Coordination/Communication skills with state agency stakeholders, and **** team members. Relevant IT system integration experience is needed.
• The person in this role will work closely with business users and the development teams to analyze business requirements, document requirements, and provide feedback on the actual system implementation of the business logic. This position will setup the Agile sprint processes for this project and run the Agile sprint meetings. This position supports the development team on the project by providing requirements clarification, removing roadblocks in the development process.

Hybrid work schedule:
Candidate will be in office 2 days a week and work remotely 3 days a week. *This is subject to change as directed by the client.

Skills & Years of experience required:

• Exposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 10 years: Required, 10 Years of experience.
• Experience in a role supporting a software development project, within the past 10 years: Required, 10 Years of experience.
• Experience working with educational data systems: Required, 6 Years of experience.
• Ability to conduct meetings, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations: Required, 10 Years of experience.
• Experience in a professional office environment: Required, 10 Years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Visio: Required, 10 Years of experience.
• Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project: Required, 10 Years of experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC): Highly Desired, 5 Years of experience.
• Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies: Highly Desired, 5 Years of experience.
