Complaints Coordinator
Shift 9am - 5pm (Hybrid Monday Friday )
Pay - $20/hr - $22/hr.
Position Overview
Position will support the Fair Hearings and Complaints Team by way of administrative support to assist with intake of complaint and fair hearing cases, retrieving documents from various systems needed to support compliance with state directives, outreach to business partners to gather documentation to support state responses in a timely manner.
Product of Role & Responsibilities
- Data entry/intake of complaint cases into designated tools
- Retrieving documents from various systems to demonstrate compliance with state directives as it relates to fair hearings and complaints
- Collaborate with business partners to gather documentation needed for responses to state agencies in response to complaints and fair hearing requests
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Required Education, Training & Professional Experience
- High School Diploma required, Associate Degree preferred/in process
