Contract: 5+ Months (Possible of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM EST

Job Description:
Top skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous production planning experience preferred (even one year is ok). Would accept Office Admin experience, but truly prefers previous planning experience.
The purpose of this position: to provide coordination and administrative support to the production control function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for printing, organizing and validating document packages. Ensuring all necessary information is readily available and accessible to all relevant team members.
• Tasked with data validation duties including verifying job start dates, correct reference matching to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• In charge of delivering and organizing jobs in the kitting room, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and ready for implementation.
• Entrusted with entering the complete status of each job into the system, providing updates to the team and ensuring everyone is aware of the progress and completion of tasks.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
• Locates and verifies materials listed on production orders
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Any other related duties as required
Skills:
• Computer fluency to include Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to follow procedure
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing and/or production planning experience desired but not required.
Working Conditions:
• Exposure to alcohol and acetone used for cleaning
• Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs
