Phlebotomist II
Title: Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II
Duration: 4 months
Location: Mansfield, TX
Shift: Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday - 8:00 AM - 5: 30 PM, Wednesdays - 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST
Overview:
The PSR II is the frontline representative to patients, performing skilled blood draws and specimen preparation following strict protocols. They build trust with patients by explaining procedures clearly and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Work locations may include doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens safely and accurately

Verify patient information and specimen labeling

Maintain records and documentation

Create a positive, professional environment for patients and staff

Demonstrate leadership, focus on quality, and uphold confidentiality
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections)

High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings, including flexible hours and travel to multiple locations

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable
