We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Analyst/Coordinator to support critical asset integrity capital maintenance projects for our natural gas pipeline operations
This role will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects related to In-Line Inspection (ILI) assessment remediation and cathodic protection system upgrades.
Key responsibilities include assisting project managers in developing comprehensive project plans, tracking project progress, and managing project documentation
This role will involve close coordination with engineering, operations, construction, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Additionally, the Project Analyst/Coordinator will be responsible for data analysis and outage coordination activities with system planning teams
By providing essential administrative and technical support, this position will contribute to the overall success of the project and help maintain the integrity of our pipeline infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and permits.
Data Analysis: Analyze project data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, operations personnel, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) preferred but not required.
Experience:
o Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on pipeline operations or project management.
o 2-4 years of direct experience in transmission integrity work, including dig remediation and/or cathodic protection system remediation.
o 2-4 years of experience on system outage coordination or project scheduling
o Strong background in operations, project management.
o Experience working for an oil and gas, pipeline, or midstream owner/operator company.
Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Strong understanding of pipeline integrity standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., DOT, PHMSA)
Proficient in Microsoft Power Bi and Power Apps.
