About the Role
- Our Global Information Technology (IT) team is focused on aligning IT and business strategy, optimizing end-to-end business processes, and leveraging technology to enhance Client’s competitive edge. We deliver cost-effective applications, infrastructure, and project services worldwide.
- We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Data & Analytics Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive marketing, e-commerce, sales, service, pricing, and employee engagement strategies. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing the commercial data strategy, integrating data platforms, and generating actionable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial data & analytics measurement strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for analytics tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Lead the integration of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer data across touchpoints.
- Design and evolve a unified data model supporting the full customer journey (marketing, sales, service, pricing, commerce).
- Enable data access between commercial platforms (Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.) and Databricks via zero-copy architecture.
- Build strong relationships across digital teams to foster a data-driven culture.
- Provide strategic insights through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and Tableau Cloud to monitor KPIs across commercial functions.
- Support the development of a Customer 360 view by integrating data from multiple channels.
- Analyze customer behavior to support personalization initiatives.
- Contribute to intranet analytics to measure and improve employee experience.
- Partner with MSPs and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.
- Manage the technical product roadmap in coordination with architecture and product leadership.
- Act as technical lead, guiding implementation teams and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Monitor analytics platforms for performance and resolve technical issues.
- Present analytical findings and business recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a developer, engineer, or related technical role
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Google BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data lakes, especially Databricks
- Experience building dashboards with Looker Studio and/or Tableau Cloud
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization
- Solid grasp of marketing, e-commerce, sales, service, and pricing domains

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field

- SAP Commerce Cloud
- Vendavo, Marketo
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices
- Background in the manufacturing industry or related domains
