Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for the onboarding and enablement of Dynatrace workloads in the Colocation environments.
• This includes everything from agent deployment to synthetic monitoring and full stack and infrastructure monitoring and alerting configurations.
• The role is required to collaborate with NIT Partners such as the compute platform teams and APMM as well as business partners and application owners to ensure that monitoring and alerting is configured as desired.

 
Qualifications:
Dynatrace Platform Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace Managed features and functionalities.
• Proficiency in using Dynatrace Davis AI, service flow, problem analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Expertise in Dynatrace OneAgent deployment and configuration.

Colocation Environment Knowledge:

• Understanding of colocation data centers, including network architecture, server setups, and security protocols.
• Experience with diverse hardware and software environments commonly found in colocation facilities.

Monitoring and Observability:

• Strong understanding of application performance management (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and log management.
• Experience with metrics, traces, and logs in complex environments.

Agent Deployment and Management:

• Expertise in deploying and managing OneAgent across various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Knowledge of agent communication protocols and data collection mechanisms.

Scripting and Automation (Nice to have):

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Ansible
• Experience with API usage and integration for Dynatrace.
