Job Title: Packer (Repack-Label Technician Level 1)
Location: Ward Hill, MA 01835
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
 
Pay Rate: $22/hr. on W2
 
Position Summary:
The Repack-Label Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing tasks related to the repackaging and labeling of products. This role works closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows instructions precisely, and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Repackage products according to specified guidelines and customer requirements
• Accurately label products, ensuring all information is correct and legible
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently
• Identify and report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Complete required documentation and production logs accurately and on time
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and job knowledge

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed

 
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools

 
Work Environment:

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and odors
