- Pay Range: $50 to $74.45/hr.
- Shift: MF, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Onsite Requirement: Monday & Tuesday onsite
Education Requirement
- A. High School Diploma or Equivalent
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Workload
- Manages activities of one or more large, mid to longterm projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and outcomes.
- Develops business plans, objectives, and initiatives for the organization.
- Provides input to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results.
- Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
- Manages and executes HR projects, collaborates with crossfunctional HR teams, and sets tactical and strategic priorities.
- Takes a lead role in implementing changemanagement strategies for HR projects and creates communication plans and materials to engage and inform employees and stakeholders.
- Implements benefits realization, satisfaction surveys, and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery.
- Implements project management reporting tools, progress dashboards, and methodologies to Product visibility into HR project health and status.
- Works closely with thirdparty vendors to ensure contract terms and conditions are met and manages the project schedule.
Required Skills / Attributes
- 57 years of progressive project management experience, including significant experience leading traditional, phasebased (Waterfall) projects and applying Agile/Scrum practices in a hybrid delivery environment.
- Strong working knowledge of project governance, change control, and formal approval processes.
- Experience managing projects involving procurement, vendor contracting, and thirdparty delivery components.
- Ability to apply Agile/Scrum practices within a broader traditional or hybrid project framework.
Desired Skills / Attributes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; equivalent project management certification or demonstrated experience may be considered.
