Education & Experience

  • Associates degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience

    • Equivalent experience is defined as 2 years of professional experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle non-routine analytical tasks

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Profile Summary

Provides technical, operational, and administrative support for IT-related end-user provisioning and device support.




Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual installation of non-packaged software, including both purchased and internally developed applications

  • Ensure appropriate change management approvals are obtained prior to software deployment

  • Manage multiple assignments and issues in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, while keeping end users and management informed of progress

  • Deliver timely and effective technical support to end users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with hardware and corporate-standard software

  • Document technical issues and resolutions in accordance with incident and knowledge management standards
