Job Description:
Location - Onsite at PHK (traditional hybrid model with fridays remote)
Org/ Team info - Global football/ Footwear design for LA Olympics
Education - Bachelor's degree is required in Design (3-4 years of footwear design exp)

1. excellent footwear knowledge and experience in product design
2. experience in performance footwear and knows illustrator, photoshop, 3d software
3. Candidate is open and brings creativity to the team (curious)

Product Designer Level 3 (Senior Product Designer)

• Deliver product vision and design point of view for seasonal projects aligned with the clients creative direction and briefs.

• Create original product designs and enhance existing products with minimal supervision from design leadership.

• Execute both base and long-track design solutions across a broad range of product types and price points.

• Actively participate in the end-to-end creative process, from concept through development and manufacturing.

• Communicate and present design concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners including development, manufacturing, and merchandising teams.

• Apply strong design judgment to balance creativity, performance, and commercial viability.

• Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

• Support mentorship and knowledge sharing within the design team as needed.
